Device Pitstop Offers New Service As We Continues to Help Our Customers Amid the COVID-19 Crisis

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you and our employees safe.

This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, please note how we plan to continue to service our customers!

  1. We will now offer home or business pick-up and return services. You can call us at 616-288-3170. We will create a repair ticket over the phone and schedule a pick-up. This service will cost $30. We will repair your computer, iPhone or tablet and return it to you. Some geographic restrictions apply.
  2. You can avoid crowds at our store. Drop off your devices in minutes or shop our quality used laptops, desktops, iPhones and more.

As of this post, we have not changed our hours of operation. Should we need to adjust hours we will notify customers on our store webpage or on Facebook, Instagram and our Google page.

Our standard operating procedures will continue as we to sanitize any inbound device prior to diagnosing, repairing, or purchasing from a customer. We also sanitize all outbound devices such as repair pickups, and devices that we sell.
